Hi there,
My store is inactive and unable to access to my official website now.
I am a legal and compliant company that operates home furnishing department stores. I have formal legal person information and a legal person company. All the information uploaded is reasonable and legal. I don’t understand why it is said that I have violated your security assessment. You not give any results or reasons. I've also checked the voilation policy and surely I didn't voilat any policy. I still have customers and orders in there which can't fulfill and manage now, and it now lead me to a "Suspicious scam shop"..NEED HELP
Is there any department to contact or appeal my account?
With regards,
Ivy
