Hello, our Shopify payment information was completed yesterday. (US)
1. When will we be able to withdraw funds?
2. Why is there no balance showing in the account? Is it because the setup is not complete or did the identity verification fail? If the verification failed, how should we proceed?

It has been 48 hours since we set up Shopify payment, but we haven't been able to withdraw funds. We can't see any incoming payments on our end. Could you please clarify the situation?

We have been stuck in a pending status for a while. Could you let us know if there is any issue with the verification information? Did something go wrong with the verification process?
