Dear Shopify team,
I am writing to report an issue with our Shopify store. We have received a number of reports from customers that they are unable to complete payments. This is not isolated to a single customer, but is affecting all customers who attempt to make a purchase.（I have attached a screenshot that we received from one of our customers to show what comes up on the screen)
This issue began suddenly and we are at a loss as to how to resolve it. We are experiencing significant lost opportunities as a result of this issue.
We would be grateful if you could provide us with a solution as soon as possible.
