他のカートからShopifyへの移行で、「他カードでの注文履歴（顧客情報に紐付く）移行」って可能でしょうか？

例えばMatrixifyを使ってCSVでの移行は可能ですか？（顧客情報は移行可能なのは確認済み）

私はクライアントの顧客情報を扱うことはないのでMatrixfyを使ったことはありませんが、20万人以上の顧客のあるショップはこのアプリを使ってました。

Thank you for mentioning us and sorry about replying in English here.

You sure can import Order data with Matrixify.
You can look into if we have a tutorial for the specific platform you wish to migrate from here in our Migrate to Shopify page.

If your current platform is not listed there, then you would need to export the current platform's order data to a spreadsheet file and manually convert it to our template for an import.
Here you can download our Demo template file and open the Orders sheet in it to see what columns and construction the app has for Orders - Matrixify template documentation
Each column from our template is also explained on our Orders template documentation page.
