顧客データのインポート時の電話番号の自動変換について

顧客データをCSVでインポートした際に電話番号の+81と国際電話番号に勝手に変換されてしまう。

手動で登録すると大丈夫なのですが

インポートの際も先頭は「0」のままインポートをしたいのですが

方法はありますか

恐らく同じような質問もありそうですが

ネットで検索をしても見つけられませんでした

状況的に解決できる可能性は低いと思いますが、以下などを試されると良いかもしれません。

• Matrixify(https://apps.shopify.com/excel-export-import?locale=ja)などのCSVアプリでインポートを試す
• Shopifyのサポートに相談する

Sorry for replying in English here and thank you for suggesting our app @Jizo_Inagaki.

This is a tricky task to achieve. Shopify does validate phone numbers when they are being imported also with apps.
All phone numbers do require to have a country code at the beginning. So maybe it would be better to look into updating this data in your file to set the correct country code for your customer phones before the import.
