最近 Shopify 給我們發了一封電子郵件,說有客戶拒絕付款。
客戶對訂單 #TL-1166-F1 提出退款。
客戶告訴銀行該訂單是欺詐性的。
銀行已退還客戶港幣747.8元
現在的問題是我們無法找到該訂單並聯繫該客戶。
我已將商品出貨,並提供運單相片,系統依舊將退款給對方。
我們該怎麼辦?

Hello,
Recently Shopify sent us an email saying that a customer refused to pay.
Customer requested a refund on order #TL-1166-F1.
The customer told the bank that the order was fraudulent.
The bank has refunded the customer HKD 747.8
The problem now is that we are unable to find the order and contact the customer.
I have shipped the goods and provided photos of the waybill, and the system will still refund the money to the other party.
What should we do?
