I'm just asking for opinions, not recommendations includedIf a product is added to the cart but not purchased within a certain period, the backend will issue an automatic discount code based on the merchant's set rules and send it to the user via email. This is currently the only feature available, but more cart marketing features are planned for the future. Similar products include Omnisend, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc., which offer more comprehensive email and SMS marketing features. However, we have found that many users simply want to recover abandoned carts. The pricing for other products is quite high—for example, for 10,000 contacts and 120,000 emails per month, the subscription price is $175/month. We believe this price is outrageous if only using this single feature, so we are considering offering unlimited contacts and emails at one-fifth of the price. What do you think?
