Hi, I too was on free trial, with a selected plan, and didn't realize it had expired. I have now closed the store, can i get a refund, please. I was just messing around on Shopify and have no plans on having a store. Email is sjonez23@gmail.com

Hi,

I cancelled my store after using it for a few months. It said I could pause the store and have it if I want to come back for free and told me I wouldn't be charged. I done this and was charged $9.

Can I get a refund and cancel the store.
