Thanks for getting in touch with us about this. In order to change the name on your 1099-K, our support team will need to loop in our payments team to make the change. I've sent you an email to the email address listed on your forums account. From there we'll get you authenticated and i'll have you answer a couple of questions so that I can provide our Payments team with the context necessary to make the changes for you.

You can now respond to the original email Shopify sent you to notify you that the 1099-K form was available to download. If you can't find that email, let me know here and I can reach out to you via email and get you in touch with our Financial Services team.
