Commission paid to third parties

Our website offers a service where clients can recieve a referral bonus, which is a percentage of any sales they directly generate through their secondary clients. Since this is a cash payout, how would this be claimed on our business taxes? I'm not sure of what this payout would be called by an accountant or the IRS.

For example, Business A refers Client A to our website and a $10 sale is made. Business A receives $1 off that sale. Because Business A is not our employee or contractor, it's technically not a bonus or commission. What is it and how would I claim it?
