Confused by taxes being collected...

I'm not sure if I've got the sales tax set up correctly or not, but it looks as if taxes are being collected multiple times & at different rates.  Comments? Advice?

One order, for example, shows:

TN State Tax 5%

Rutherford County Tax 5%

Smyrna Municipal Tax 5%

TN State Tax 7%

Rutherford County Tax 2.75%

Nevermind. Somehow an "override" got checked. DUH.
