Custom tax to be collected from customers

Hi there

Needs some help pls I am new and running my store with a product value that is taxable in my country philippines. I want to know how to set up on my settings or liquid, that customer should not pay it to me during check out, so they can pay it during delivery. I am just wondering if I put on my settings ( Tax included ) 0r ( Tax exluded ) how it will works.
