Document Submission - How to Correct Business Info within Shopify Settings

I have recently registered my company as a LTD company.

I have uploaded my registration document as requested but Shopify keeps rejecting it asking me to check my business details as they do not match.

However, I cannot seem to now find how to check those details, such as Business Number, Shareholders Names, Company Ownership etc. 

I can only see one place to enter business address within General Settings, but this does not allow me to check the above info which I was promoted to enter when I initially informed Shopify of my company registration.

Can someone please show me how to check this business information?

If you’ve recently made changes to your company since you first set up your Shopify Payments account, then it sounds like your business information needs to be updated so that you can use your current documentation for verification. This type of information is not directly available to view or edit within your admin, and will require assistance from our Merchant Tax department; A Support Advisor will gladly help facilitate the process for you. 

 

To get started, please login to your account through the Shopify Help Center and create a support request via live chat, email or phone callback. Once your request to update your business information has been escalated by a Support Advisor, a specialist from the Merchant Tax Support team will reach out to you directly outlining exactly which documents will be required for your situation, and any forms that need to be filled out. They’ll then provide you with a secure upload link to safely submit your documents when ready.
