I hope you can help me with few tax and duties questions. I found on goverment site an information that when the product is imported to UK from outside EU and it's value is less than 15GBP there is no need to pay tax. Second information was that if product price is less than 135GBP there is no need to pay duty customs. Are those informations correct? Is it correct if the shop informs client that if tax and customs will apply that the client is about to pay them to receive his package? Does the shop owner have to get an Eori number if he doesn't have contact with the product and the product goes direct form supplier to the client?
