End my free trial period and immediately pay first invoice

Hello,

 

I'm trying to edit my SMS template but can't because I'm still on my free trial period even tho I have already chosen a paid plan.

Since I'm unable to contact Shopify support I'm posting a topic here.

I just need to end my free trial period and immediately pay my first invoice.

I'm sorry to hear you were having trouble connecting with our support. In the future, you can reach out to us through our help centre here, or through Facebook and Twitter as we provide 24/7 support across all channels. 

 

To enable the SMS templates will require that we escalate your request to our Billing team for further consideration. I do have to note that each request needs to be reviewed on a case by case scenario which means we can not guarantee that we will be able to provide this feature until your trial has expired. To get the ball rolling, I need to verify the account. For this, I have sent you an email titled "Shopify Forum Support" which will require replying to the email with the requested information. Once I have your reply, I will escalate the ticket up for further review.

hi, 

i had started my trial but it ended before i got the chance to purchase a plan. Now when i try logging it so i can purchase a plan it says 

Unable to access Silk Me

It looks like you don't have access to this store. Contact the store administrator for access.

 

with the Request ID at the bottom... what can i do ?

Did you enable any staff accounts in your store? If yes, are you trying to access the account through a staff account instead of the Account Owner email? That is typically the root cause; however, that is not the case, then let me know as I verify the store to help investigate this further.
