I am a random purchaser of goods, and a store I purchase goods from informed me they use Shopify to handle the sales aspect. My zip code spans multiple counties. One county in particular recently raised taxes in their area, but I live 3 blocks across the county line. The vendor says they will send this to their account rep, but this sounds like it needs to be resolved with more than just an account rep. Until Shopify fixes this, basically, every time I do business with this store, I will need to ask for a refund. This is not good. I may even have to escalate this to the local tax office.
