i paid for an annual plan and my shop is no longer in operation. I seek out to the billing team to assist me on the remaining months because i have cease operation and have no use for it.
Spoke to sean: and this was their reply: Thanks for your patience. I spoke with Kiko who had spoken with the Billing Team, and it looks like they will be unable to refund you for the remaining time on your annual plan. The annual plan has been going for almost 5 months already so they are unable to refund it.
this is so unfair and the only reason why we paid yearly was to save cost and now we are being told that we had to continue paying even if we are closing the shop.?
