Hi, I have almost finished my shop and it is very close to being launched. However, I have been taken off course by something I am unable to solve on my own, I hope someone can answer my questions so I can move on. First, what I have so far; I have a supplier from China, we are working closely with them. I have a good product that I want to sell to the US, Canada, and Europe. Before I address the elephant in the room here is where this question arose and what got me stuck; I ordered the samples for my products and all seemed to go well until they arrived from China to Estonia (EU country). We shipped with DHL around 6 days. When they got here I got an e-mail letting me know that my order is stuck in customs and before it can be released I have to declare it by paying the import tax. (N.B - For my product, I only have to cover the import tax, no duty rate, and this goes for all the countries I want to ship to. So, to declare my order I went to the tax and customs webpage, I had to put in the DHL tracking number, product category, product price, quantity and shipping cost. (Also our product price on which the tax is calculated was much lower as they were samples) It wasn't a difficult process but this will cause problems when shipping to clients...
