Missouri sales tax question - documentation requirements

I attempted to register as a foreign corporation with the Missouri Secretary of State (a requirement before you can collect remit taxes in that state).  They require as documentation a certificate of Good Standing/Existence from your home state.  I sent them my Virginia incorporation letter and they've rejected that as not being a certificate of Good Standing.  When I do a google search for "certificate of good standing" and "Virginia" nothing comes up so I don't think it's called that here.  Does any body here know what Missouri is referring to with that document?

Sorry, nevermind I found it.  Apparently it's a document I can get from the SCC, same place I got the letter of incorporation.
