Are you using Shopify Payments? If so, can you go to settings > payments > view payouts. Is there a banner on that page explaining that there is an issue with your payouts? Did you receive an email at all about this? It would have gone to the account owners email address on file.
Let me know and if you still can't find anything, I will authenticate you and take a look for you.
