Hi Shopify Community
We have been looking for a solution to integrate our store with our desktop Quickbooks. But we seem to be stumbling in that most of these apps create items for unknonw products in the Quickbooks system. Thus, we get a series of products that we don't sell and in the description of the items we have jibberish text listing out all of the options for each product. Wondering if anyone else out there is using a Quickbooks sync app with Bold Apps successfully. Thank you!
I really think you need to use QuickBooks Online. The app is really easy to use. You need QuickBooks Online Plus version. Here is the link to get a 50% discount.
You need to adjust your chart of accounts to reflect the proper sales tax but it is pretty staright forward. Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks for your reply...but uh, not a solution. we are a manufactuer and retailer, so everything we have is based in the desktop version of quickbooks. This is specifically directed at people who might be using Bold Apps Product Options with any type of Quickbooks sync app. Bold Apps brings in the item's with their options in bascially, gibberish, which of course, gets put to the Quickbooks invoices. Not exactly the smoothiest system. Looking for other users using these systems with advice or suggestions. Thank you
