So for the past few months since opening my store, it has been doing pretty well. However, I keep getting hit with massive Shopify invoices that I haven't calculated for. Since Shopify doesn't take the shipping out of your payouts, and doesn't reflect the percentage they take out in your sales overview, is there an app or something that I can get that will help me better anticipate what my Shopify invoice will be? Am I missing something?
Thank you in advance!

Yes, Shopify reports does not show Shipping label costs and transaction fee.
We have created report templates that will show the shipping label cost (Shopify Shipping) and Shopify transaction fee (Shopify Payments) after the sales. So, you will be able to see the net sales amount after shipping and transaction fee.

Nick here from Shopify.
To see exactly what your next invoice will be at all times you can take the following steps in your admin - Settings > Billing > View outstanding charges.
Shopify has a great help document going into all the details of your Shopify Bill which you can see here. There is a piece about shipping charges also in the 'Charges' section of the document which you can see here.
Hope that clears it up for you. Any other questions don't hesitate to let me know.
All the best, Nick
