So I signed up with Shopify a few months ago now, got my site sorted, great!
In the meantime I've been billed for the package, but the invoice is USD and is converted to give the amount I pay, fine.
....except they are converting to Euro's instead of GBP so the conversion is wrong and don't have a correct invoice. I've submitted a support ticket, and had 5 different people replying saying they can't change it at the moment??? WTF!!
Such a simple thing to do. Yet i'm stuck here with money taken from my account with no invoice to back it up!
Anyone else had this issue, or know how to get it amended??
