Hi, I have just closed one of my shopify stores so I can focus on my other shopify store. I am half way through my billing period for this month. Can I get a refund for the period of time I have been charged for but not having my store active.
If it can't be refunded can I transfer the plan to my new shopify store that is still during my trial
