Subscription Refund Please

Hello,

Could someone kindly help me in getting a refund for a yearly subscription? 

I activated my expired trial period to see the possibility of linking Shopify to the Facebook shop.

My credit card was charged today 20th Aug and upon realizing I have immediately closed the store within an hour 20th Aug ( as per another forum topic of the same info I gathered)

Hi Cal,

I already have a person by the name Hans, handling it. He has escalated it
to the Accounts due to the amount size.

He is keeping me posted at the moment.

Will update if I dont here from him.
