I understand that you're looking to access your sales reports and anything else you might need to backup.
If you originally closed your store following the steps here, then we can look into providing you temporary access to your account for this information.
Keeping in mind that if the store was not closed, and instead was frozen, then upon logging into your account, you'll see the option to pay your invoice. Afterward, you will be able to access your account.
