How to manage Shopify Community subscriptions

By default whenever you submit a new topic, or reply to a existing topic you will be subscribed and receive updates whenever activity occurs. This is a great way to stay updated for a topic you submitted but you may receive notifications for topics that no longer interest you such as a issue you were able to resolve.

To manage your subscriptions complete the following: 

  1. Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner 
  2. Select My Settings followed Subscriptions & Notifications
  3. Click My Subscriptions
  4. Check the box next to any subscriptions you would like to cancel
  5. Click Email Subscriptions Options followed by Delete Selected Subscriptions

Tip: To remove all of your subscriptions on a page by page basis click Email Subscriptions Options followed by Check All
