COVID-19 impact/Online Jewelry market

Hello! Anyone from Jewelry online business here? I am interested to exchange observations and ideas on how to maintain niche business these days: Has online sales so far been your main sales channel? Do your customer continue to shop online, less/more ? what do you do to continue sale online ? 

From my side: Business has been impacted right away as for the moment,- I have no access to inventory. I continue to stay close to some of my clients, share with them jewels photos and maintain the conversation going. I have a tendency to think that a jewelry purchase is not on a top wish list of customers at the moment, given that luxury is not a need in itself during piece time, live alone crisis context. What are your thoughts, what do you see happening ?
