we want to use the In-store pickup for online orders from this article https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/sell-in-person/pos-classic/shopify-pos-from-admin/buy-online-pick...
We try but cannot see the Additional delivery methods setting in shipping setting page.
The article says "In-store pickup for online orders will be enabled for merchants in March 2020."
Is the feature available now? Is there any guide about how to set it up?

I believe the native in-store pickup solution is launching within the next week or so.
Should you need to get up and running immediately or need a more sophisticated solution feel free to take a look at https://apps.shopify.com/click-and-collect

Hey @john91,
I recommend going with @Andrew_Cargill's suggestion, especially since it's highly unlikely that you will be eligible for Shopify's store pickup when they release it (supposedly this week). Zapiet also happens to be great so there is that, too :p
Here is the criteria to use Shopify's:
In-store pickup for online orders will be available for brick-and-mortar merchants. You won't gain access to this feature if one of the following conditions applies to you:

Hi, I've just installed the app. I would like to offer local delivery and pickup at our brick and mortar shop. However, the installation guide says to go to "Under Zones and rates click the Edit button" in the shipping settings. However, this is not an option under my shipping settings, I only see "Rates at Checkout" and "Custom shipping rate for products." What am I missing?

Sincerely appreciate the gesture. By chance was this offer reduced to 30 days? The text in the link says 45 days, but when activating the plan, it says 30 days?

That's strange! Did you previously install the app via a different link or directly via the App Store? We are certainly still offering an extended 45-day free trial for the forceable future. If you want to DM me your myshopify.com store url i'll be sure to correct your free trial limit :)
