Dropping phone support was just one more disappointing thing about your platform. I sure hope it didn't' cost people jobs in the middle of a pandemic.

How is this help to current clients? In the event that they can stretch out the politeness to new customers, why not do likewise for current clients who have put cash into shopify too? All things considered, by offering new clients this and not us, it just seems as though they are attempting to get more cash-flow out of a disastrous occasion. Exceptionally unappealing shopify.
