Sometimes as companies grow in size there is a small part of the human factor that is lost.
I operate a 3pl in San Diego and I made some changes to the billing model. Billing is assessed at the end of the month and 5 day free grace period is in affect. Also i gave all my customers (new or old) 3 free receiving (no receiving fees assessed regardless of size).
