Pretty sure I’m not the only one and safety is first. We’re being charged by Shopify faster than  Printful and others can fulfill orders. It’s unfair.

Sometimes as companies grow in size there is a small part of the human factor that is lost.

I operate a 3pl in San Diego and I made some changes to the billing model. Billing is assessed at the end of the month and 5 day free grace period is in affect. Also i gave all my customers (new or old) 3 free receiving (no  receiving fees assessed regardless of size).

I wish you the best and if you ever have questions about 3pl operations, I can answer them and share whatever knowledge I have.
