Hello, I too am trying to change the 14-day trial to 90 days. It looks like I am scheduled for my card to be charged tomorrow, but I am having second thoughts as I am not active on social media. Can you share whats happening when you try to view the support page? Are you getting an error?
I'm able to access it successful using multiple web browsers on my computer as well as smartphone.
The gray lines pulse to light gray and dark gray like something is supposed to appear. I have seen this before on my Etsy page when my completed orders take a while to load. I did email customer service.
Thanks! Does it look like this by chance? If so its most likely due to a ad blocking extension or feature in your browser.
Are you using the Brave browser? If so switch to another browser and it should appear. I've notified our developers as well.
