It's been a turbulent time for everyone, and there are plenty of stats and stories about the negative health and economic impacts. It'd be great to hear some positive news from the Shopify community.

What are some unexpected positive changes to your Shopify business?
How have you seen Shopify businesses react in proactive ways?

A food-truck client of mine has seen tremendous growth in online sales. Previously almost all revenue came from the food truck. Without that option, they've transitioned to selling their meat pies to many of the same customers online - plus expand as more people move their food shopping to digital commerce. Delivery comes on ice via Fedex - and the meat pies are delicious

What's your good news?

Many service providers are offering discount or free resources, this benefits consumers in many aspects.

Here are the lists of some discount service:

I think it's a good chance for people to learn and for businesses to touch the heart of their customer :D

I went from a soap shop to a mask shop real fast. Stirred up by my neighbors all needing cloth masks. Check it out www.nackessoapboutique.com

It’s been a blessing for us! I haven’t had a job other than soap for 7 years, it’s putting food on the table!

@NACKE That's awesome to hear.  Did you have much sewing prior experience with similar items to the masks?

@Andrew Yes, lost of sewing experience! I made all my daughters cloth diapers and was volunteering for a Preemie Agency making both Preemie diapers and blankets.
This I find more rewarding as I’m helping people obtain what is hard to find. It makes me happy! 🙃
