Great to hear from you! Did you previously try out the app? The extended trial is only automatically applied to brand new installs. Although if you send me your myshopify.com store url to email@example.com and i'll get your trial extended straight away :)

I've just checked our logs and it doesn't look like the store snowflakechocolates.myshopify.com exists are you sure this is the correct url?

I do see that you extended our trial period. Thanks so much. I really would like this to work for us. However, I do need to turn it off (pause the app) until we get the shipping issues ironed out. ( I saw this suggestion last night when I was searching for help, but I can't seem to locate it again to get the instructions.) Can you help?
