Thinking of implementing a system to help with customer support - before we start taking on employees (just to be ahead of the game).
Does anyone have any thoughts on which to use?
We’re looking at Zendesk - but it’s really pricey. So considering pipedrive / intercom and a few others.
Would ideally like a system that syncs with email and live chat, and offers a simple ticketing system - that works well with our shopify store. Price obviously a big factor too - as we’re small but growing.
Anyone have any suggestions?
