Help with the non-delivery of good and cant get in contact with seller

Hello there, 

 

I am hoping somebody can provide me with some advice, I bought goods from a store called Fit House training through Shopify, I haven't received the goods and all the emails I send to the addresses on their website bounce back, the goods haven't arrived yet, 

 

I also bought other goods a couple of days ago, this was a massage gun from a company called https://boostere.myshopify.com/, I am now worried I am going to have the same problem with this company, is there anything I can do here about this, there is no contact numbers to call them, I paid by debit and not a credit card so there is probably not much my bank can do about it, I have contacted Shopify support and I have received a ticket number for both issues, can you please advise, any help would be much appreciated.
