Ad account issue

On my Shopify account is says to connect my ad account but when I click add it says I already have the limited amount of add accounts. So I added my ad account manually through Facebook. When I go back to Shopify it still says my business account isn’t connected. How can I get it to connect?

Are you trying to connect your Google ads or Facebook ads account? Is this through the marketing section in Shopify or through an app?

Facebook Business ads Account. I don’t have a google account set up for ads
at this time just Facebook.

It’s not a Shopify issue, I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday and
have since been trying to contact Facebook. Thank you!
