i recently opened my store about a week and a half ago and have only made 6 sales all of which have been me reaching out to people individually on the business Instagram and offering various promotions
ive ran a few Instagram ads and have had about 400~ visitors this week and no sales.. I try my best to find products to add almost everyday but I'm also having some trouble with ads considering I can't post half the images due to sexually explicit terms and policies
Can I have any suggestions or feedback?
Here's what i noticed:
I think you definetly need to look into more specific customers. Your lingerie isn't your everyday "get up and go to work in it" type. So targeting people that are just into lingerie isn't very effective. To put it into perspective, it's kinda like trying to sell a Porsche to a crowd that can only imagine driving a Dacia. Be more specific as to who you're trying to attract to your site ^^
Your target audience will be made from insights composed via countless converstations between you and your customers. I've noticed that you have the Facebook Messenger chat installed, so just take a look at Facebook profile of your potential customers.
Another thing to consider with audience is to take a look at your Google Analytics account. The "Audience" tab might bring you some valuable insights for example ages, and their interest. Using this information you might target well with Instagram Ads.
