Simply contact Shopify as per my explanation before. They will be able to close down your account.
I am having the same problems, I changed my website domain in Shopify in April and tried to add my existing Google Merchant and Ad accounts to Shopify, I had multiple issue to start with, claim the domain, No returns policy, etc, etc, so many issues I set up a new merchant account only to now be suspended for misrepresentation. HELP
The shopify app that is free to use, is not a great app at all. It creates bad practices such as not checking policies prior to setup and assume the Shopify app can safely get you all up and running.

Never create a new account when your original account is suspended. If you do, you are circumventing policy violation, which is a more serious violation.
