How I recommend to start out: the first thing, you should collect all the keywords to build a semantic core for your site. I don’t have access to your Google Search Console, but I would recommend to make sure that the right region is selected in Google Search Console. If not – change it to the UK region (if you want to target it). And it would be great if you add more contact information to the contact page (address, phone, skype, ect.).
And finally, develop a safe strategy of link-acquisition. You really need links if you want to be ranked better in future.

All URLs should contain unique Titles, Descriptions, H1 and Content. Try to follow this rule. Check Google Search Console for all possible duplicates in Titles and Descriptions (Google usually highlights them)
Also from the above list you can find out that you have duplicated pages with capital letters in the URLs:
The solution here is to set up the 301 redirect from all URLS with capital letters to the URLs without them.
Improve it by analyzing your competitors, researching new keywords with the help of Google Keyword Planner (http://adwords.google.com/keywordpnner), Semrush, Ubersuggest, Google autocomplete and Google Trends tool. As for your question about SEO Aribitor, I can’t say either they work good or bad because I don’t know what KPI you have and what goals you aim. I looked through your competitor’s keywords and your keywords. Your site is ranking for 287 different keywords - http://my.jetscreenshot.com/1321/20151104-yvcg-58kb, and one of your competitor’s website is ranking for 1166 keywords - http://my.jetscreenshot.com/1321/20151104-rqkx-69kb. So I think there is a lot of stuff to do with SEO part of your website. Also, I noticed that your backlink profile is a bit strange. There are 1757 backlinks to your website and only 69 domains - http://my.jetscreenshot.com/1321/20151104-xzut-57kb. So, most of these backlinks are site wide backlinks. This is not looking as a natural link building and Google can punish you for this. Try to make your link profile look more natural. Well-done SEO can be not cheap, but it will pay off to you.

First of all, I couldn’t find any contact info on your web store. The only thing that connect user with you is a shopping cart. But what if your visitors have questions about your product? Besides contacts add credibility to the website. You should add the Contact Page with different contact information (phone, email, address, Skype, etc.)

Try to improve your website structure. There are only 4 categories now. If you extend the amount of categories you will cover more keywords and in this way more segments of your potential audience. You can create subcategories or filters and optimize them with new keywords (write title, description, h1, content for each group of keyword). Here is an example of them for Black leggings:
