Because of work overload I am not able to respond to all of you, unfortunately. So please be advised that I will audit only the sites where I see there were some attempts to improve the site performance after it was launched. I hope you will understand me. Most of the sites, I see requests from in this thread, for 95% have the same problems as the sites I reviewed earlier here. So if you have just launched this site, check my previous answers in this thread — I am sure you will find a lot of tips and insights for your project.
Duplicates are not allowed if you want to rank well on Google. That is why you need to decide with what type of website you would like to move on – with http or with https. Https – it is a secure version of the website or site (people usually use it for checkout pages, shopping carts). Webmasters say that Google might rank better sites with https, however, this factor is not major in ranking, so decide which version of the site you would like to use as a main version. To the second version of the site you will have to set up 301 redirect (for example, from http to https version or vice versa). Right now both versions are in Google index and they are duplicates for search engines. Try to choose one of them.
There are a lot of incomplete pages in the Google Index. For example, here are several types of such trash pages:
You don’t need them and they don’t do anything good for your rankings. You should close all such trash pages (unless they collect the traffic to your site (check in Google Analytics) with the help of <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow"> in the code of the page. And also by adding the following lines to the robots.txt file:
Multiple H1 tags. H1 headings can be used only once per page. Also it is a bad practice when you don’t use h1 tag at all. Here is a part of big URL list, where you can find more than one H1 tag:
Try to add more products to the website. The quantity of products affects the websites rankings in this niche. The larger assortment you offer to the users, the more trust your website will get from search engines.

I’ve looked through your website. Yes, you have definitely done some good work with it. The main thing I would recommend you is to work on the structure of the website. It is really difficult to navigate through with current menu you have. Try to group everything in the menu and create more simple structure of it. Add Subcategories. For example, there are a lot of protein types. You can create the category – Protein and subcategories with all the types (Egg Protein, Protein Bars, Protein Food, etc.) You can look at the website structure of your competitors. For example, http://www.iherb.com/Sports-Fitness-Athletic , there are a lot of nice categories and subcategories which you can implement on your website too!
Also you should work on the semantic core optimization of your website. Your product pages may rank in Google if they have the product name in Title and meta description of the page. But you didn’t optimize categories’ title and meta description. This is why you are losing the chance to get additional traffic. For example, you used the following meta data for the Protein Food page:
Title: Products – Tagged "Protein Food" – Rising Power - Supplements
There are more than 2000 keywords with “protein food” phrase http://my.jetscreenshot.com/1321/20160406-wuum-127kb.jpg
However, you used only one. I recommend you broaden you semantic core for all categories (clusterize them, create additional landing pages (subcategories, filter pages) and optimize them by new keywords.
Use additional keywords when you optimizing pages (buy, sale, store, online, etc.)
For example, you can use the following Title and Meta Description for the Protein Food page:
Title: Buy high protein food in online store Risingpower.com
Description: The best place where you can buy protein rich foods online is our store - Risingpower.com.
It’s just an example, you can use more keywords and different text for those meta tags. But make sure that all keywords from one page are semantically connected. You can’t place Creatine keywords to the Protein page, or Egg protein keywords to the Protein Bars page. Or add different all keywords to the home page.
Also, you have to add a Contact Us page. It is really important and it will certainly increase the conversion rate and search engine’s loyalty.
