Content Management Multi-Store Setup

Hi,

we are planning to run 7 stores in total selling the exact same product but in different languages and currencies.
what is the best practice for content management?
We are currently on Magento 2 and  basically we have all of our content on every domain.
For example these 3 basically have the same content but on different domains / different languages.
https://www.star-registration.com/events
https://www.star-registration.co.uk/events (UK)

https://www.star-registration.com/au/events (Australia)
https://www.registratuestrella.es/regalar-estrellas (Spain)
https://www.registratuestrella.mx/regalar-estrellas (Mexico)
https://www.sterntaufe-deutschland.de/sterntaufe-verschenken (Germany)

We linked them with HREFLANG Tags so Google recognizes that it's the same content for different localizations.

In the future the domain structure will probably be similar or maybe with subdomains (uk.star-registration...)
Any best practices how to manage that content on each store without having to copy and manage each of the articles 7 times? As it also comes with images etc.

We have around 600 CMS Pages in total

If you're looking to manage your product content across multiple stores, you might check out our product Talkoot. It allows you to store and publish shared content across multiple stores and channels. We're completing a Shopify integration that will allow push button updates to your product content any time you want.

Hope that helps.
