A few questions on tracking as it relates to a Shopify store that has been embedded on a Facebook page.
Has anyone successfully tracked conversions from a purchase made on a Shopify Facebook Store using Facebook Ads Manager? I'm noticing that my Facebook conversion ads are inspiring both purchases on a website store (where the ads are driving to) but also purchases on a corresponding Facebook Store, and I'm suspecting that Facebook may be under- reporting conversions because their pixel is only in place on the website store, and not on the Facebook store.
It also appears that purchases made on the Facebook Store may strip UTM tags that are usually found within the "Conversion Details" section of an order page in Shopify. Has anyone successfully tracked UTM tags back to a purchase made on a Facebook Store?
