Custom Title and Meta Desc. on Article Tag Pages

Does anyone know how to do this?

I've muddled through and was able to create unique content at the tops of tag pages (PS - contact me if you want to learn how to do this on your own site) see below:

• With custom content - https://ruckscience.com/blogs/learn/tagged/training
• No custom content - https://ruckscience.com/blogs/learn/tagged/conditioning

Can someone share with me or show me how to do this with the Title Tags and Meta Description as well?

I'm also looking for a solution to editing the Meta data for these tag pages - any luck finding a solution?

I'd also love to learn how you edited the content at the top of the tag pages as well!
