Discount Code Customizations

Earlier this month we ran a promotion on our Instagram that specified we would send our new custom silver bar with any order over $200.  It's not a product we sell, it's something special we only give to VIPs or in this circumstance, some of our best customers.  I'm looking for a way to put copy on the checkout page so that when $200 is spent at checkout, there's something that tells the customers they're getting a the silver bar.  Does anyone have a lead on an app that give this level of customization at the checkout page?
