Discount Coupon Popup how long after they land on the website?

I didn't want to be to spammy and did 5 Seconds. What do you think is the best one because not everyone will think like I do. What works best for some of you?

For me, never. Popups stop me from doing what I want to do. I'm more likely to leave because of one.

Do tests and see what works. Does the coupon cause higher bounce rates, or increased sales.

I didn't even launch the website with traffic yet. It's to give everyone 20% coupon code. They either join one of the social media sites or enter an email address.
