I am new to shopify and I am trying to get all the kinks worked out before I remove password protection for my shop. I have shop emails set up to forward to my personal email and that is working great. My question is how do I reply to the customer from my shop email? When I reply through my personal email it shows up as coming from my personal email. Do you all go into the customer tab and create a new email for each reply? Or how do you get around this? Thank you!
