Emailing Customers

I am new to shopify and I am trying to get all the kinks worked out before I remove password protection for my shop. I have shop emails set up to forward to my personal email and that is working great. My question is how do I reply to the customer from my shop email? When I reply through my personal email it shows up as coming from my personal email. Do you all go into the customer tab and create a new email for each reply? Or how do you get around this? Thank you!

Thank you for your responses! After posting this I discovered GSuite through Gmail and was able to set up a shop email.

Where is the solution?

And my question is where is the emailing option?

On the customers page there is a tab called "Email subscribers" but the only function is to export or import. Where is the emailing option?

Hi, can you help me with this please? I cant make it work despite all the tutos. 
I have created on shopify my professional email contact@mydomain.fr which forwards to my personal email@gmail.com 
I would like to reply to my customers with contact@mydomain.fr but I cant get to add it on gmail. HELP please!!
