Emailing specific customers

I was wondering if there was a way to email customers that purchased a specific Item.

If you don't have any specific apps for managing emails, you can use Shopify's default functionality.
Follow these steps:

 

  1. From your Shopify admin, clickCustomers.

  2. Click the name of the customer profile you want to send the email to.

  3. In theCustomer overviewsection, click the customer's email address.

  4. Edit the subject line for the email, or leave it as the default.shop.namegenerates as your store's name in the sent email.

  5. In theCustom message for this customerfield, type your message.

  6. If you want to receive a copy of the message for your records, then select where you want copies to be sent underSend bcc to.

  7. When you are finished, clickReview email.

  8. Review your email. If you are satisfied, then clickSend notification. If you want to revise the message, then clickBack.

@MKDesignsCos Klaviyo has its inbuild feature called "Post-Purchase"

1) Just set up a "Post-Purchase" flow and include the below filters.

  • Trigger Split Filter 1: Item Count equals "1" and
  • Trigger Split Filter 2: Items contains "Nike shoes"

That's it!

That is follow up order or post-purchase.

Follow up emails are sent to offer your customers additional products that can go well with what they have bought or have intentions to buy.

Let's try AVADA Marketing Automation for Shopify.

 

Step 1. Select automation preset

  • From the app dashboard, go to “Automation > New workflow”
  • Select your event type = “Cross-sell”
  • Select a preset: There are multiple pre-built workflow you can choose here. Click “Cross-sell 3 emails” or “Cross-sell 1 email” preset. It will open the workflow for preview.

  • If you want to edit an email/item in your workflow, click directly on it then it will show the edit column at right side. Click to edit email content.
