Exclude page in Goolge search

How to exclude the page in Goolge search with the tag at the end of  URL like:

.../collection/lamp-light/yellow

where the yellow is the tag. I know from https://help.shopify.com/manual/promoting-marketing/seo/hide-a-page-from-search-engines to exclude handler contain something. How to do exclude URL with tag at the back?

You can disavow that URL and category in the robots.txt file or set Robots Tag = no index no follow on the pages you want to exclude.

seems that shopify do not allow us to change robots.txt. Submit own robots in google ? What if it get updated by shopify but I didn't update in google?

You can remove Url from Search Console is following Steps:
1: Login your search console account

2: Go Google Index option

3: Remove URLs
